The view of the Duoro Valley and river is magnificent, pictures don’t do it justice. there is a stunning infinity pool and breathtaking views everywhere! "Esqueceram-se de inserir a minha reserva. Resolveram o assunto mas não sem antes o recepcionista ter de ligar à colega para o ajudar a resolver a situação e ouvir-se completamente tudo dele a mandar vir com a colega. Bastante desagradável para o cliente que apesar de ele ter ido para a copa e nos virar costas, ouvia-se tudo.
Alguns itens do pequeno almoço não foram repostos. Fora isso, correu tudo bem "
