"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. I loved the gardens and there were several villas but they were separate and surrounded by plants and flowers so you felt as if you were the only ones there. Only negative thing I would have to say as it’s the train tracks are about a quarter mile away and occasionally I heard the horn. I slept soundly and it wasn’t an issue. Just something to be aware of. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The person at the front desk was very rude. Our room has the bathroom floor wet when we arrive, they send someone to dry it, but she discover a leak in the shower head that they never fixed. We found a lot of hair all over the bathroom floor and we didn’t have towels in the bathroom. But the restaurant food was very good and the person that help us with the baggage was very friendly. "
