"My friend and I booked two lake view rooms which were lovely. Unfortunately I reported at least 3 or 4 times that my wall lights didn’t work, my tea was not replenished nor was my water in my bar fridge. I eventually gave up. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful apart from one lovely girl on reception but this did not apply to staff when requesting drinks or menus. I think the hotel is in a beautiful spot and we loved our rooms but the hotel management are at fault for not...

"It’s just like an apartment, there is nothing like hotel or hostel in it. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and all the gates were closed even the outer main gate after 10 pm. They give me a bunch of keys containing my room key, apartment main door key and main gate code. When I came to hotel at 11 pm and start opening all these doors it took long time as some of the keys were old and don’t work properly. "An absolutely beautiful hotel with lovely welcoming staff. It is in a really lovely, quiet location and the room was fabulous. There was a beautiful infinity pool and view, you really can't go wrong staying here. It is just put of the centre of Garda, but the slight height off of the lake side offers and incredible view from the balconies. "Une catastrophe ! Hôtel de routier à prix scandaleux : hyper bruyant car sur la route, étouffant d'été car inconcevable d'ouvrir la fenêtre vu le bruit et une climatisation hyper faible (bridée ??) et tellement bruyante que c'en est indécent ! Table et chaises sur terrasse sales, signe d'un manque d'attention...et de goût. La vue sur le lac perd son intérêt. Chambre tristounette à souhait (mobilier à 3 sous). Seul le petit-déjeuner était correct et copieux."

"Porsche destination charging (free) was a real bonus. Pool amazing, hotel really lovely. Food at dinner was a bit of a disaster - not sure if they were struggling for kitchen staff but wasn’t cooked at all well. Everything else was brilliant so decided on balance to ignore this (and breakfast next morning was really good). Staff were superbly helpful and bd friendly and spoke excellent English (much better than my very limited Italian!)"

"What a wonderful stay we had, high above Lake Garda in this charming village. The hotel staff was wonderful! We had to extend our stay due to other circumstances and the front desk step was very helpful. We had to move rooms, which was fine, and they kept our luggage while we explored during the day, and it was in our new room when we arrived back. Being in three different rooms, I can say that all were spacious, clean, and comfortable, although we really liked the one with the balcony...

"We were lucky to be upgraded to the new spa rooms which are excellent. spacious and well equipped. Location is beautiful with stunning views high up over lake Garda and if you want to get away from it all, its ideal. Dining options were good but some staff were new, food was good but more every day options would be good for residents Could benefit from a social area, bar or similar Be prepared for a 20 minute mountain road drive to access the hotel and visit Gargnano"
