We had to extend our stay due to other circumstances and the front desk step was very helpful. We had to move rooms, which was fine, and they kept our luggage while we explored during the day, and it was in our new room when we arrived back. Being in three different rooms, I can say that all were spacious, clean, and comfortable, although we really liked the one with the balcony...
