"Room are small, the sewage smell comes and goes. No complementary water and extra charge for spa use. The common areas have been recently done up, however the rooms could do with a refresh (especially bathrooms)"
"Very loud with endlessly loud neighbors. No thermostat or remote in the room and the heat pump had no controller so we suffered through the night to wake up to a lack coffee present in the room. To add insult to injury, they were pleased to sell some coffee to you after your terrible night's sleep in the lobby. "
