"Amazing place! Hosts were amazing they couldn’t do enough for us, 100% be staying again, hopefully i am working near there in the winter so i can try out the log burner."

"Even though this hotel is part of a group it has the feel of a family owned hotel, the staff cannot do enough for you and are very welcoming and friendly!!!! If you decide to have breakfast it is of very good quality and a good variety of choices with excellent service. I have been coming here for the past 3 years and cannot recommend it highly enough. It is in a great location if you want to walk around the centre of Lichfield and go for a drink or food. "

All staff we encountered, whether it be in the restaurant/bar at the reception or just in the lift were polite & helpful.
