My sister and I had a wonderful weekend at Banyan Resort. We wanted an authentic Mongolian experience and a chance to sleep in a yurt, and Banyan was perfect. The resort is only a few years old but extremely clean, cozy, and well run. The staff could not be kinder. We rented both a yurt and a cabin since the yurts don’t have bathrooms. The yurt was incredibly warm and comfortable—even in October at –12°🏔️—and the cabin was a great addition with its bathroom, shower, and beautiful views of the...
