What a luxurious and beautiful place this is. We were here for 2 nights at the beginning of our Mazatlan stay and were so happy here that we changed our plans to return after several nights at another more touristy location. This is truly a boutique hotel with exceptional service, tasteful decor and everything high quality and very comfortable. The staff (manager Martin, front desk Ana, house keeping Micelia, and everyone else) are exceptionally well trained and made us feel right at home, if...

Stayed in the Tower D in a one bedroom suite on the second floor. Very comfortable and spacious. They have all the comforts of home like dishes, plates and silverware but don't have salt and pepper and shampoo so if you need those while you are there, you can pick them up from the little market they have on the property. This condo is about a 35 minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from the silver strand with shops. There really isn't anything within walking distance from this...

Took my son to El Cid for vacation and what a great time! Went fishing with one of the fishing fleets that El Cid offers at the hotel. 185lbs Marlin, 140 Sail Fish, and 4 Dorados (mahi mahi) the first 3 hours at sea. My son enjoyed every minute of relaxation by the pool and the cabanas at the beach. The price was so low and I would have paid double knowing how nice it was. I will be back!!

The property is located off a dirt road behind a bamboo gate with no signage. GPS is absolutely needed to ensure that you are at the right location. I did not receive replies to emails, but I called and my call was taken and questions answered. I had to call the number on the website to let them know I had arrived. The property is charming and quaint. The outdoor landscaping is simple and neat. The room was spacious and clean, complete with air conditioning and TV. Beds were average. Pool was...

We stayed for two nights in January 2024. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and the city.
Francia is a fantastic host and very attentive … even offered driving us to places and setting up time with a boat that could sail us around in the area.
Francia cooked breakfast in the outdoor kitchen, it has a great talapa covered patio with a large beautiful dining table and tiled bar. Having access to an outdoor fridge for drinks is very convenient. There’s a pool that’s available for guests and...
