"Hotel enclavado cerca de varias atracciones turísticas. Habitación amplia. Personal excelente, con especial mención a una persona de recepción cuyo nombre no recuerdo, pero sí sé que era de Seúl. Desayuno estupendo."

Cambiamos de habitación a una suite y nos mandaron a una habitación ocupada.

"The hotel was 10/10. The entrance is easy to access by elevator and the location is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, a Seven-Eleven just steps away, and the metro station is very close, making it easy to get around the city.
The reception staff were very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage hours before check-in. The rooms are spacious (ours was for three people and everyone had their own bed). The bathroom is separated from the bathtub/shower, which is very convenient, and the hotel provides many amenities such as toothbrushes, slippers, towels, sleepwear robes, and a hair dryer.
Each floor also has an ice machine and a microwave, which I especially appreciated because I injured my foot during the trip and needed ice every night.
The hotel is comfortable and quiet, and it also offers room service or several restaurants one floor below the reception with discount coupons.
I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kyoto."
