Owners are extremely friendly and helpful - made sure I knew my way around the city and helped with booking a taxi when needed. Breakfast vouchers provided - you get a choice between Mo Dou or McDonald's. The property is pretty new and decked with sensors; motion sensors are installed so that they turn on whenever movement is sensed, cameras are installed in various corners of the property - just in the hallways though, not in the rooms :) - and keycard readers are installed on the doors...
