Cheap Hotels in Central Kalimantan

A VERY unique and comfortable one night stay before we headed onto the 3 day orangutan jungle cruise. This place was personally built like a robinson caruso-like habitat. Room was clean, comfortable, a.c., quiet (aside from local mosque prayer broadcast), and the clientele were interesting world travelers. Great home made Meals were available as well upon request. Excellent staff. Basic breakfast but it’s free. Limited options. Staff was helpful and kind all around. I don’t know what is on the second floor but furniture was always being dragged on the floor or moved at all sorts of time in the morning and night. Maybe construction? But lovely stay.

The hotel is excellent for a budget hotel. I did not personally stay in it. I booked for my mother in law and father in law. They said the hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The only problem was the room they stayed was in was a bit small.

Room cleaned daily and breakfast every morning with different food but also maintaining some choices.
