I spent 8 nights at the Vozdvyzhensky in late October, as a tourist. It was my first trip to Kiev. I do hope to go back, and I would not consider any other hotel. Friendly reception. Hotel still really breaths the Soviet style, but is in a relatively good condition. So quite interesting. Good bed, shower and clean room. So no problem there.
