"We enjoyed our stay, particularly the attentive service and the high quality of our room. Regarding breakfast, while the local selection was impressive, there is room for improvement in informing guests about holiday service changes. Providing me with a regular Friday schedule when I specifically asked about Good Friday hours caused us to misplan our excursion. Ensuring staff are consistently updated on holiday hours would greatly enhance the guest experience."
