"We had a really bad experience going through Expedia - even though we had already paid for an extra guest while booking with Expedia, the hotel still made us pay for the extra guest. It is located right off the Haram so it is convenient for male guests, however if you have more ladies than gents in your party, this location can add quite a bit of walk for the ladies.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for longer stay."

Staff were very friendly, especially at breakfast, a special mention to Ali for the amazing service.
Breakfast was 5 stars, from the fresh orange juice, variety of dishes, to the freshly made waffles and pancakes, everything was delicious.
