"Great hotel with good location.Breakfast was excellent"

"The staff were very helpful! Even allowed us to check in slightly early which after a long flight was very much welcomed! The room was just what we needed and great location close to the subway stations and walking distance to shops and food market."

"Fast check-in and check-out. Spacious family room, 24-hour restaurant outside hotel, great location for shopaholics."

"We were very pleased with the staff at the front desk. From check-in to check-out they helped with our requests. The breakfast area staff were diligently clearing the tables, refilling food and drinks and helping as they could with requests. We used the laundry and the area was kept clean by staff. The room cleaning were excellent with changing of the sheets and towel replacement and also the water bottles. This was our second visit and we would return."

"The staff were all very friendly and kind to us during our stay. They even gave us recommendations for places to eat. The rooms were very clean and neat. We would definitely come back and recommend it. They also have the cutest photobooth station where you can take pictures and a ramen bar downstairs."

"Chambres et hôtel en général d’une grande propreté ! Personnel agréable et toujours disponible. Seul bémol, les chambres sont un peu petites mais la qualité de l’équipement et la propreté des lieux compensent largement cela ! Aussi, l’emplacement est parfait pour graviter rapidement vers les principaux lieux touristiques."

"Good location, like the breakfast."

"A great place to stay with helpful staff"

"Booked a last minute stay here for just a night and loved it so much that I tried to extend it but wasn’t able to because it was already fully booked. Small but clean. Super easy check in (auto machine), place to lock up your bags before and after if you’re early or need a place to leave bags before heading out. Communal laundry came in super handy! Communal kitchenette area with kettle and water also great. Had a restful sleep."

"Great premier residence room, large space and comfortable setup"

"Great Desk staff who speak excellent English and very helpful! I loved the location of the hotel, which was easy to walk to many tourist attractions and restaurants.."

"Just stayed the one night as travelling home the next day, room was comfortable, wash basin in main room was unusual, kept luggage there whilst sight seeing on last day in Seoul, no charge, airport bus stop directly outside of hotel was a plus point"
