"Great hotel, went there for our anniversary weekend and every was spot on. Good little bar and 2 places to drink. Spa was good too!"

"The hotel is a beautiful, historical building, but with all necessary modern facilities. It's location close to the Westonburt Arboreum makes is perfect if that's where you're headed, though on the other hand it is quite a distance from anything else. The food at the bar was delicious and I had a great time over 4 nights."

"The staff were all amazing - so friendly and accommodating, it made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was incredibly tasty! Painswick is a lovely town, and this hotel is situated perfectly in it. Will definitely visit again."

"What a gem of a place! Lovely room, lovely staff and a great pub too. Breakfast was delicious, but try and make a booking for dinner as they get very busy. We also had great recommendations for places to go. Would we stay here again? Absolutely 10/10"

"We were shocked as we pulled up to the property that we were actually staying in such a perfect cottage in the cotswolds. It was a dream. The location was the best ever, a short walk to Arlington Row and the church. And halfway there, there was a local pub where we could relax and have a pint. Parking was an added bonus at the property. The property was amazing and the cottage was perfect for our family of three with more than enough room."

"Great spot to stay along the Cotswold way. The restaurant had plentiful choices and the food was good. Lovely beer garden!"

"Lovely hotel pub restaurant. Very accommodating and wonderful breakfast."
