"I booked the property for overnight on 30 th May 2026 but didn't receive a code via SMS or email and so had to book another hotel. The fault is either with the property or Hotel.com or both. Either way they have not performed as part of their contract with me and have refused to refund me as a loyal customer of hotel.com, which I find incredibly disloyal and unreasonable."

"The room is located about a shop that is directly opposite Enfield train station, so the location is great, especially if you are going to an event at the Spurs stadium. You require a code to get through the door and then a second code which you enter on the door handle of your room, so no keys are required. "Great location for Finsbury Park, staff were all really helpful and nice. Room was nicely decorated and bed was really comfortable. The added bonus was the pub and beer garden which was a beautiful setting and really busy and vibrant. The breakfast was also really good. The only thing we missed out on was the food which looked incredible and great value. We will be definitely be staying again whether for a concert or popping in for a meal and pint in the beer garden."
