"Very helpful staff and felt at home Used the Onsen facility with a special outdoor bath Special experience"

"The hotel is about 5 min walking distance from Nagano Station. My impressions at the lobby/front desk checking in was good and fast. Hotel interior was bit outdated, but still well maintained and location is great. The room was more spacious than what is the standard in Japan and was clean and tidy. I did not have breakfast ar this hotel so I cannot comment how good it is."

"Cozy ryokan in a nice area. The lady in charge was very friendly and welcoming. "

"申し訳ないのですが、良く利用しているサイトからホテルが取れず、hotelsでゲストハウスを予約しました。 中は良く清掃されていました。 善光寺からとても近いので、観光にはベストな立地です。 "

"Quite close to the Nagano Station (a short walk), good breakfast included, although the breakfast room is very busy for the first hour. Has on site laundry. A pleasant city park is across the street, 2 convenience stores nearby and a "Hotto Motto" fast food outlet a few doors down, as well as the shops and restaurants at and around Nagano Station."

"Breakfast was amazing!"

"We only stayed 1 night before doing the Tateyama alpine route. It was in a perfect position just outside the station where the route began. Facilities and staff were very good."

"The location is quiet strategic, the hotel is so so"

"Great location, great price. The hotel staff were very friendly. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in the city."

"Yes room was comfortable "

"Great location, just a short walk from Nagano Station and easy to find. It's on the same road that leads to Zenkoji Temple. For a two-night stay this met my expectations. Facilities were clean and tidy. I also had the chance to dine in at their Mash Cafe - it was a nice, cozy ambiance and the food and drinks were delicious. Staff both at check-in counter and cafe were very friendly. "

"Great place to stay at in Nagano. Close to the train station, a cheaper option than most hotels. Our room was clean and the shared bathrooms and bathrooms, too."
