"What a wonderful stay! The hosts were so welcoming, making you feel like a guest in their home. My room was lovely and clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. I visited at Christmastime, and there were even a couple of decorations in the room. Breakfast was fantastic. If you are staying upstairs, the stairs are very narrow and steep, which made me a bit nervous with a big suitcase, but the kind host helped me carry my suitcase up and bring it back down. "Lovely quiet place to stay not far from Amsterdam, and an appealing little area surrounding. The area literally smells like chocolate due to the factory! Short 5 minute walk and you’re at the windmills of Zaanse Schans and various educational places regarding the areas history. Really lovely rooms, the patio was lovely to have access too! Only issue was noisy people in a room above, but the staff were quick attend to this, they also offered a room change should we want to, which we didn’t do in...

The food court area at the main station was great, we had a little one with us and had dinner there most nights, lots of great food options. Hotel was clean, of a good standard and staff were all really friendly - would recommend and stay here again. "
