"On arrival the reception staff were lovely and welcoming providing clear guidance on hotel amenities and where to ask information. In the room - this was spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious. Bathroom accessories were a nice touch with lovely fluffy towels, nice smelling toiletries and a super hot shower. There was excellent tea / coffee facilities too ! Room was quiet with a fab view of Twickenham. "
