"酒店很好，适合家庭旅行，服务也很好。温泉稍微有点小。两个洗浴位置。如果人多的话会很不方便。其他都很好，早餐也很好吃。下次还回来"

"The stay was incredible! My friends and I had the most amazing girls getaway here. The service was incredible, and I think that the quality was great for the cost. The weather was nice when we were there, but a bit windy on the second day. The quality of the food was great as well. I have no complaints and would love to stay here again someday! "

"super location for summer firework in atami though location is not really convenience comparing to stays near the station, uber/taxi helps!"

"From the moment you arrive, the welcome is warm and you can feel you’ve stepped into somewhere truly special. The service is outstanding, and both the room and the garden area are luxurious, elegant, and peaceful. This hotel is simply magnificent — a true paradise on earth to unwind and forget everything for a weekend."

"The room was absolutely beautiful, the view is gorgeous, and the staff were so courteous! We had an amazing stay."

"This is a grand old hotel set in a forest overlooking the lake. There is a lovely large garden. The onsen is wonderful. The food was good. It’s a 15 min walk to Motohakone, and only 7 minutes to the Shrine on the Water. There’s also hotel shuttle every 20 min. Rooms are big. Loved it."

"It was a good location and easy stroll to the local bakery and 711. Service was outstanding and great that it had dinner options as many of the local businesses closed at 5pm."

"Great room and views. Very spacious with private onsen to kick your day off right. Breakfast had a good variety and there is a guest lounge with free drinks and snacks!"

"Very clean and modern hotel with a great staff and wonderful Breakfast buffet."

"We booked an excellency room to enjoy a private onsen. The room was wonderful with 2 beds and tatami mats for the kids. The couch that looks out over the bay is a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed a drink in the lounge, dinner in the restaurant, and also the breakfast buffet. Staff were wonderful. The private onsen was very relaxing too. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel."

"The stay at Couscous was absolutely spot on! Beautiful glamping resort in the quiet town of Manazuru. It has good connection links to the main station if odawara. Perfect for exploring the Hakone region of Japan. The tents were very well equipt with fans, heating, usb's. Outside there was incredible decking areas with BBQs, and a large table and chairs. The site itself was extremely clean and the toilet and shower areas were always spotless and very modern. Overall I would 100% recommend this...

"We had a wonderful stay at Fukiya. The property is beautiful - a classic upscale Japanese Ryokan. The service was over the top. The entire staff was wonderful and gave us care beyond any experience we have had anywhere else, and the food and baths were wonderful. We highly recommend it."
