"The staff when we first arrived were so friendly. Room was decent, though there was a large gap in between the door and the frame. Things went downhill our second night there. We were placed on the main floor, down from the lobby. At around midnight, we heard a large amount of people talking loudly. My husband went to the front desk to learn that an engagement party was being held in the meeting room next to our room. Their solution was to close the door to the meeting room. That did not help,...

"Everything was excellent. One thing for the housekeeping they need to make sure that the shower wash, shampoo and conditioners are filled. We had no shower wash! Other than that, our stay was exceptional."
