"This hotel was EXCELLENT! The location was perfect for walking around downtown Mobile. The 4th floor pool deck was awesome for watching the July 4th fireworks. The staff was incredible from front desk to valets. I was able to get a 1 hour late checkout for free because I’m a Bonvoy member and paid $25 for one additional hour. My only suggestion is that there should be a way to tip the valets via a text link or cashapp."
