"Nice clean hotel "

"We were greeted warmly and checked in promptly when we arrived just after midnight. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the lobby was bountiful and the area clean. The gentleman at the desk at check out was friendly - you could hear him across the lobby speaking kindly to both guests and fellow employees."

"The room was nowhere near as nice as the pictures. Scrappy remnants of carpet at each side of the bed were unvacuumed and frayed. The bathtub was stained and looked as if it was never cleaned. The sink dripped all night and the toilet did not work. When we arrived, the desk clerk seemed to me very confused on my reservation. She frowned and seemed to "find" us a room.
