What a cute hotel this is! Located on a quiet street but an easy walk into town and down to the beach. Outside seating areas on the porch and balconies give a communal feel. The rooms are bright, colorful and clean. The shower has a rain shower head on it and it's all just kind of beachhead-hip if you are looking for something cool. This property is outstanding for two basic reasons: location---the beachfront views are unbeatable (the ground floors may not have a view, it should be noted). Also, the staff were phenomenal. It seems that they are especially trained to be personable, interested, and thoughtful. Truly impressive 5 star quality of service. The only thing that is unfortunate are our friends who require elevators. The hotel doesn't have elevators for the rooms with great views.

We had a wonderful, quick stay this time! The hotel room was comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and welcoming and the amenities, excellent! You can tell the family who owns the hotels puts a lot of thought into taking care of guests and offering wonderful amenities. We'll be back!

It’s so lovely; and prepare yourself to feel like you’re staying with a wealthy relative. When you text the help number, it’s a real person. The massage was incredible and very much first class, and the robes are delightful and not overpriced if you wanna bring one home. We loved Gold Leaf hotel - especially their excellent customer service! Very nice facilities, close to the beach, comfy and clean, they were able to accommodate our late check out and were just all around great people

Welcoming staff. You could smell the cleanliness when you walked in the front door. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Clean rooms (& I’m hard to impress in that department) with the exception of a couple of spots on the ceiling that I’m pretty sure could be easily cleaned off. I won’t say what it appeared to be, but they need to clean it off. Pool is NOT heated, just FYI. I only like heated pools, but the rest of the family enjoyed it. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. Our room and common areas were clean. We loved the pool and balcony. Check out was just as smooth as check in.

Great Winter stay in perfect location!

Very nice hotel and super friendly staff, location is very good too.

Nice hotel 2.5 miles to rehoboth beach. Free Breakfast is always a plus for our family with little children. Parking at rehoboth beach was $15 for the day. Beach umbrellas $16/each and chairs $8. Rental office closes 5p m so make sure to get there early if you wasn’t get your money’s worth.

Location is everything.

My second stay and it very enjoyable minor complaint the tv was a bit of a pain to deal with.

EXELLENT from peanut ( the bird in the lobby ) the staff in the front tom in concierge mary at the front desk and everyone else at the hotel a great and friendly place to stay !!!
