"This was a great place in a great location behind Tupelo Street only a short walk to core of Seaside. The management company for the property was excellent with communication and meeting expectations. We will definitely use them again and likely this specific property."

"This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. My only tip is that if you book through this management company, plan to bring all of your food and seasoning supplies. Unlike some vacation...

"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "

"Quiet property, clean and spacious room, though a bit dated. Great amenities as well (e.g., gym, arcade, movie theatre, and shuttle service to the beach or free parking at the beach). Also in a very convenient location, as it’s walking distance to shops and dining at Baytowne Wharf and a two minute drive to Grand Boulevard shops. Overall great value, especially if traveling with small kids."

"We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....
