"A great place to stay just outside the city centre. 25 min walk into Belfast and feels safe. Near to the Botanical Gardens and Ulster Museum. Accomodation was clean and comfortable - great having a seating / dining area separate to the bedroom as we visited with friends and could have drinks together. "All the staff were amazing! The front staff was very friendly and easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the area. Restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. Jenn and Jack were amazing, we asked about places to see in Belfast and they both told us about a sightseeing tours to check out the city.. Such a delightful experience. If we ever are able to return to Ireland I would definitely return to this hotel. Very highly recommended!!"

"Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, conveniently located next to a Tesco supermarket and a Michelin recommended restaurant. Also next to a bus top that gets you to Belfast city center in 10 mn. Safe but busy and noisy street if your room is on the street side, I wear earplug at night so it did not bother me."

"Self check-in very easy and room easy to locate. Room as expected and bed very comfortable. The rooms are above a bar but on a Wednesday night there was no disturbance. The road is busy 24 hours a day so expect traffic noise. Perfect location for The Empire and a few nice restaurants around. Would definitely return for a concert in the Empire."
