"The rooms are clean, towels are huge and thick. Breakfast is very basic, toast/cereal. The building looks worn and the windows need replacing. The staff are helpful and there is plenty of parking spaces."

Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely presented but could perhaps benefit from a little updating, as could the bathroom. Having said that, we would definitely use the hotel again. "This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth. The proprietor...
