"A delightful small pub with rooms, with excellent food.... the steak & ale pie was a proper tray baked pie slice... absolutely delicious. The bar staff were superb, and the room was nice and quiet."

"The house was spacious and cosy. Plenty of outdoor space for the children to play. Plenty of games to play, lots of butterflies and bees and swings in the trees. Shame the ponds were dried up because of the heat but the areas are lovely. An amazing holiday for our family. Thank you."

"Everything you could need and ask for. Perfect location if your going to Snetterton circuit"

"Great little hotel in central Halesworth - breakfast was lovely - friendly staff - room clean and comfortable."

"Our hosts were wonderful throughout our stay. Very helpful, kind and friendly. A beautiful location surrounded by farmland animals like sheep, cows, chickens and goats. Highly recommend to anyone. We will hopefully be back to stay in the tents for a big family holiday "

"The hotel was pretty good it had everthing I needed and was clean and tidy enough. The room was a good size and had plenty of plug sockets which so really do not. The thing I liked the most was the pub/resturant . The food was fantastic quality and all home cooked. It was some of the best I have had when working away most weeks."

"Lovely clean room. Breakfast good & good choice. Great for parking too. Staff all very polite & friendly."

"Great staff as per usual, great service and a friendly environment"

"Wonderful location and a perfect stay. The cottage is really cosy and very quiet. "

"Quiet, isolated, wonderful garden with (probably unwelcome) rabbits and deer, ideal (but extra, sensibly priced) breakfast, would stay again if in the area."

"Great staff who are always willing to help"

"Lovely older cottage wirh lots of character. Yes its got uneven floors and there is a steep stair to the upper bedroom but saw this on the pictures and expected that. Really well equipped and parking right outside the door. Lovely village location with good walks nearby"

"Comfortable and clean studio set in pretty and quiet garden. Near to Bressingham steam museum and garden centre ..both worth a visit. Studio had everything needed for a quiet break away from it all. Owners Terry and Anne made us feel very welcome. Would recommend "
