"This is a really lovely place to stay, the room was clean and characterful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bar was very welcoming and the food was great too, classic pub food but done really well. I wish we were staying longer than one night to try a few other options. The bar parrot was very entertaining too! We will definitely be staying again if we find ourselves in the area."

"Absolutely lovely. The accommodation is excellent - a superior barn conversion. Really fabulous on a working farm. Hen Curtis was very friendly as well as her dogs Fido (retired sheep dog) Jumble mixed Labby/Poodle, Pinto young sheep dog. All love a good bit of stroking (not Hen!!!!). Relaxing place to be with great walks on and around the farm. Not to be missed."

"Lovely place, rural which I liked. They had chalets behind the property down a small hill. It was so cosy. Meals in the pub had plenty of variety as well as breakfast. They also had some star gazing rooms (where roof opens up). Enjoyed my stay and would book again."

Nice clean, spacious room, lovely breakfast options including fruit, cereal & cooked including full English. There is parking at the rear and there was always a space available during our stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful, and very kindly offered us the room for a couple of hours longer after check out as we were attending a funeral that morning and wanted to change afterwards. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness. Definitely recommend staying here."
