"Not your traditional hotel booking. Had to pay a €200 damage deposit for an already damaged room before actually seeing the room. Bunk beds were breaking apart and windows were cracked. This gave me some fear that I would be charged for this. Other than that the bathroom and kitchen were great. And the heater a bonus. "The staff did not send us the check in info early enough. We booked a day before. We had to call them, email them, Whatsapp them, and no answer. We ended up contacting Expedia who nudged them and we finally got an email giving the info right as we were waiting at the door.. Not even an apology was given.
