"Great place and of great value. A place to stay in the heart of Medina-Fez. It is about 7min walk to The University of al-Qarawiyyin (Arabic: جامعة القرويين). Included breakfast is very good and my personal favourite and preference is that the toilet has Bidet (portable shower). Omar Fez, the manager, is very receptive, hospitable and available as needed. "He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."
