"1) Start with Hotel staff are rude 2) Reception desk staff do not know the local language Kannada. They want you to speak only in Hindi Unacceptable 3) Room is ok with open windows which does not block street traffic noise, could not sleep all night 4) Reception does not accept valid non Indian ID card, they insist on ID issued by India 5) Breakfast buffet is a joke, just had stale Idly and mediocre food. 6) Over expensive for the amenities provided. "It is not like how it looks in pictures. The room was small and untidy. Kettle is not working and the toilet smell like drainage. There is no windows in the room. Very bad experience . But the staff was excellent"

Rooms are old, dirty and toilest are broken and not maintained well. If you don't want to ruin your plans, better saty away for this hotel. "
