"Stayed for two nights while hiking in the national park. Great location with mountain views, stayed in a newly renovated suite which was lovely. Close to the road but pretty quiet at night."

"The place was busy due to the ski season and many seasonal workers stayed there, so night time could be quite noisy. There is also a kitchen on site offering simple buffet breakfast at a cheap price and other dining options for lunch/dinner. The staff members were very friendly and helpful; there were complimentary coffee and tea at the common area 24/7, a TV and a large lounge to chill at. The kitchen was quite packed but they have air fryers which could be very useful. The room we stayed in is central-heated. Close to National Park and Whakapapa, this place is good for a short stay."
