"Helpful staff and valet, modern boutique decor and meticulously maintained with a great view of the city, walking distance to Parliament Hill, ByWard Market. Due to traffic and road construction outside, made a few trips around the block until a valet spot was available in front of the hotel to unload. Public parking garages were nearby, however, being our first time in Ottawa, it was more convenient to use the valet service."

"Everything about our stay was excellent. The location was fantastic — easy to get around and close to everything we wanted to see in Ottawa. "Staff were friendly and responsive. The outdoor area with hot pools and fire pit was very nice. We also really appreciated the bicycle storage as we travelled with our bikes. While our room was clean and had everything we expected it was a bit worn and needed to be updated. Eg. Peeling melamine behind faucet. Towels were very thin and worn. These are minor complaints. Overall we were very happy with our stay"

"Great hotel, well-appointed rooms, great eatery, friendly, helpful staff, convenient location. Just a little noisy and seedy street especially after dark. Blocked side street next to the hotel becomes a hang-out for noisy drug users at night."
