Breakfast menu was excellent!

Fantastic stay in this onsen style ryokan. Had a wonderful private onsen in our room, overlooking the river and the lake beyond. Can’t ask for a more perfect experience. Waking up early to soak in our private room onsen before dressing and heading down for the Japanese style breakfast included.

Good location. Breakfast is good.

Breakfast was great. You get a full meal with soup, onigiri, salad, and juice. Location is right next to Maibara which is really convenient. If you need additional food, there's a supermarket nearby. Rooms are very clean.

My one night here became 3 nights. Judo is the most amazing person in Nagahama. He is very helpful and accommodating even though he was busy helping out with the festival. The property is well maintained, quaint and the area is very quiet at night. That’s when it turns magical. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

Indeed a relaxing place to stay

Everything about this hotel was phenomenal. 100 out of 10

The hotel is a bit dated but the location is excellent if you want to ride on the Gozaisho Ropeway. It is right next to the Ropeway station. Moreover and since we booked our room on a Sunday that traffic to the hotel is quite bad as a lot of people were driving to the summit to take the ropeway ride. On the other hand, we take advantage of its vicinity to the station that we are the first taking the ride the next day. Ticket to ropeway riding is sold in the hotel at a discount. The hotel...

The hotel is clean and has free drinks. The price is great as well.

There's a restaurant on site for dinner which is convenient because the hotel is sort of on a main road (i.e. you wouldn't just wander down the street for dinner and it's hard to cross the street). Good breakfast buffet. There's parking at the hotel. Wifi is fine. There's an onsen on site.
