This place is a must stay if you are in Gubbio. The facilities are fantastic, the owners and staff are terrific. Our room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The view from the room was amazing.

This was my first time in Italy and first time in Europe in 24 years. I chose this place because of the location not being close to the city and the great amenities. Located in a nice little town of 122 people with its own church next door, this hotel was perfect.

About 20 minutes drive outside of Gubbio and up a mountain, the Castello provides a unique hotel stay. Our room was in a building inside the walls. It was quite large with a very roomy bathroom with both large tub and separate shower. Beams, stone walls and wooden shutters contributed to the castle atmosphere. We booked Goccia di Luna last minute after originally planning on Tuscany and finding out that agriturismo didn't have AC during the heatwave. The property is immensely family friendly and everyone is very helpful. Loved chatting with the family that runs the place! Highly recommend, and obviously the spot is goooorgeous
