"Short walk to the property from the train station. Clean rooms and common areas. Some amenities are not offered like the bath tub but shower is and it is clean. No cooking allowed but there are enough restaurants near the station to need the use the kitchen for meals. If you are concerned about shared toilet situation the property has two clean toilets that it's not an issue. Overall a great place to stay at to go exploring. I would definitely stay there again!"

Shopping and dining options abundant (Get off at Rinku town station instead of Izumisano station). It was rainy when we arrived early at the apartment. "Fantastic breakfast service! I already miss the Japanese breakfasts with the variety. This hotel is extremely convenient. The Izumiotsu subway station is a short 4 minute walk away and the supermarket is only 3 minutes. The supermarket has a fantastic selection of ready-to-eat choices. Also, there is a Mr Donut and a McDonalds at the base of the hotel. There are several places to eat besides these around the subway station (Nankai). "We really liked the hotel! Easy parking, friendly staff and over all nice building with facilities but some of the things seemed dated like faucets were old, hallway carpeting had stains and etc. "

"Property is not suitable for inclement weather - we stayed during winter when wind speed was high, the cabin was shaking and banging through the night, could not get any sleep. Owners should recognise this, and close the facility during inappropriate seasons even if it means losing business "
