This Dormy Inn had the best public onsen of any Dormy Inn I have used in Japan. The outdoor baths were amazing. Inside, the room was spacious and modern. I had an amazing time in this hotel just a few minutes walk from Nagasaki Station.

Spacious room. Parking requires prepaying and validation after each entry, and allows in-and-out privileges afterwards. Clean and spacious public bath area with various baths; shampoo/rinse/soap all provided, requiring only towel from room. Good location in walking distance from Nagasaki Station.

Excellent hotel, rooms, service and prime location.

The staff was so friendly and it was in a very convenient location right near Glover hill. Konbinis, trolley and bus stops, and restaurants were a very short walk away. The coffee in the lobby cafe was excellent and the spa was lovely (cold plunge, hot tub, sauna). Highly recommend this hotel (traveled with a family of 5) and we would definitely stay here again.

The stay was excellent. The staff were very professional. There is a chinese front desk receptionist explained everthing in very details. It was my birthday date when i checked in. I enjoyed the room, your hotel faciliy and cleaniness.

Service from the staff was top notch. Moca went way above expectations with her performance. She made my day. The only knock I have is the lack of laundry facilities.

The Candeo Hotel in China Town Nagasaki was one of the best hotel experiences my husband and I ever had. The hotel is clean and was so quiet, I thought we were the only guests there, but in fact there were so many! I know because evening when we returned to our hotel room, there would be a silk bag filled with new towels, silk pajamas and house slippers, and fresh bottles of water hanging on the door knobs of all the checked-in guests on our floor...and there were many many bags, but the rooms...

Super friendly and very accommodating

This is hotel right in the center of great walking areas and local eateries. It's literally across the street from Chinatown and a short walk to Dejima. At night the area just a block to the northeast comes alive, but it's a lot like a super-mini locals'Shinjuku so you can decide on whether that vibe suits you. The hotel has spacious 320 sq meter rooms available and six washing machines, the free late night noodles were really good and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

the checkin was not smooth. message from the property was always in Japanese. While google translate helps in understanding the core content, it did not translate well the exact room number assigned to us. other than this, the place is clean, modern, well equipped with fridge, washing machine. enough space left over for 2 adults and 2 children. :)

I’ve traveled to Japan several times, Koyotei in Nagasaki is among the best places I stayed in. The ryokan room was exquisite in the details, the view of the Nagasaki harbor from the wall-sized front window was breathtaking. The staff is great and very attentive.
