What a find! Such reasonable rates for a warm, comfortable, clean and quiet room. Bathrooms and toilets are shared but there are so many that it feels like you have one to yourself. The restaurant was great, and also well priced. The staff were outstanding. It seemed none were over the age of 25 but very cheerful, friendly and professional.

Beautiful room, nice restaurant. Felt like an oasis in the middle of no where on our travels though Tasmania. Our en-suite room had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay.
Host was wonderful! Very personal service. Beautiful gardens. Great dinner! Expected cooked breakfast, not continental. Claw foot tub was very relaxing.
