This was our 2nd time to Bay Pointe. They make us feel at home. It was a pleasure to encouter Mary Ellen at the front desk. She has a great smile!

Customer service was amazing and for the price, it was 10/10. Amazing rooms and pool. Awesome and friendly staff, everything was super clean.

Hot tub available, rooms very clean. Wide variety of breakfast menu and very tasteful. Close to every thing, and felt very safe. Host went out of their way to make you feel welcome and serve you a wonderful breakfast.

Proprietor, Rob, very attentive, friendly, helpful and involved in community. Facilities are an effectively retrofitted and revised motel format. Seeing this place, you might be inclined to wonder why there don't seem to be more places like this. Easy-going environment around grounds, with a horseshoe around a pool and a place for a bonfire. Easily drivable to Saugatuck, Douglas and beaches, but removed from them.

The pool was closed due to a failed pump, which was unfortunate because one of the reason we stayed there because we have kids. Staff was understanding and gave us a small discount.

This is the first time I've stayed in a cabin and I was truly fascinated with this cabin. I highly recommend it. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

The rooms are clean and spacious. I love that the tvs have streaming apps. The walls are a bit thin which was okay but there was a person crying that I could hear when I went to bed. The pool and hot tub is small but the kids enjoyed it. Overall great place and Mike the manager and the rest of his staff were accommodating towards my family size. Will definitely return.

Staff goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Very clean facility and wonderful pool area. Room was comfortable and clean and shower was nice and hot.

This is a real hidden gem for anyone traveling with kids.The mini water park and splash pad were amazing and so much fun for even the littlest kids! The swimming pool was kept as warm as bath water so you coud really enjoy it as a family, even with an infant along. The pool also had an attached whirlpool and adjoining hot tub that can be acccessed directly from the pool. The hotel is clean abd comfortable! The free breakfast was great with so many choices including a pancake machine ad hot...

great extended stay with rooms that offers two electric burner stove tops, microwave w/ vent, full sized fridge, hots & pans/plates,bowls, silverware, and a bath/shower combo. Laundry on site w/ an app, should bring own laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Very convenient location, with nice size room and bathroom. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit.
