"The property is in a good location but the actual structure needs work. Entry area really needs painted, our bedroom could use some TLC, kitchen area needs structure, outside area in the back has lots of junk in it. Owner was very nice! Building is for sale I believe, could be reason why it's not being worked on. "

"The staff was super friendly from first greeting to checking out. The location to the shops and restaurants on commercial Street was absolutely perfect. The room was a little dry, but it’s the middle of the winter so I can’t really knock it for that. Would definitely stay again!"

"Upon arrival we had to look for the office in another building for a ode access. We went to the room and were unable to open the doors with the codes provided. Had to go back to get someone to one doors for us. When we open the door one of the rooms was dirty.. We got one of the rooms upgraded to a bigger room for the hassle. The next day we woke up and there was no hot water for over 24 hours."

"Right on Commercial Street. Even the beach is just a short walk away. Restaurant variety is great. Coming from the ferry it is a quick 5-minute walk. The building is old but kept in good shape. I am looking forward to annual visits with this Inn."

"Located just outside the town center, perfect to get everywhere but not the constant traffic and noise of the town center. Room was spacious and king size bed very comfortable. Pool and courtyard well equipped but was more for families. Staff was welcoming and responsive."

"All rooms have water views or direct waterfront. Quiet part of town, but close to everything and walkable. "

"The hotel had soft opened about a week prior. Beautiful view of PTown and the harbor. Close to everything on outer Cape. Still doing the punch list. Needs some sort of rug in the room (was told is coming) would like a little more awning on back deck for non sun-worshippers. Most importantly, will stay again!"
