"Came to stay at the Black Bear Lodge for my birthday. Jenn at the service desk was the sweetest. The lodge was lovely with a complementary self-serve hot cocoa station. Parking was very convenient. Heavenly Village was only about a 5-6 minute drive. Would love to book here again!!"

"Beautiful pet friendly hotel. Friendly and courteous staff. We stayed in the townhome option and it was very comfortable. Complete with a beautiful kitchenette, two private balconies, personal EV charging inside personal garage unit, two fireplaces, outdoor heating, heated bathroom floor, there is too much to mention. Plus it's in a great location, walking distance to Harrahs and Cesars Maggie's restaurant on property was convenient and a very good for a nice meal. Definitely recommend...

"This was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The hotel is spectacular with stellar staff that met my every need. The views are gorgeous. Doug at Edgewood restaurant and lounge definitely went the extra mile. The rooms were cozy, just wish there was more storage space. Food and drinks on property were good and fire pit smores were a highlight. 10/10 can’t wait to come back. "

"Our suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and gave us plenty of space to relax. The tropical decor, complete with a parrot fly-by theme, brought a fun energy to the mountains. We loved the central location—we were able to walk straight to the Heavenly Village gondola and nearby shops. We can’t wait to come back!"
