"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"Was not aware it was a hostel. It didn’t say on the listing. Paid for breakfast but it was very minimal to nothing. Had to pay for towels toilets were shared amongst other people."

"Brilliant location making it truly ski out ski in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food quality very good. Hotel rooms a little basic but were very clean and were all we needed for a 3 night ski trip. Advised by the hotel to come via Annecy which we did and the drive to and from Geneva airport ( 70 minutes) was straight forward. Quiet in the evenings because it’s located 2 miles out of La Clusaz which wasn’t a problem for us. Already planning on going back next year."

"Ava and Jennifer are so kind. Ava welcomed us and showed us around the property. She even helped us make a dinner reservation. Our room had a beautiful garden space with chairs to gaze upon the Bay of Talloires in Lake Annecy. Our favorite stop so far on a 3 week road trip."

"We were only there for one night in Summer. Everything was clean. The staff is very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with fresh orange juice and Cappuccino from a good coffee machine. Free Wifi and parking place in front of the Hotel."
