This hotel was great. We got the standard room so I wasn’t expecting too much but the hotel was actually quite larger than I expected and was clean, had AC and a nice restroom as well. The staff was incredibly helpful, greeting you everyday and recommending amazing food / beaches etc. I would 100% stay here again. Very nicely hotel, located 5 min from the biggest shore in the island. The hotel looking new and cleaning, staff very kindly.

Strong wifi, comfortable bedding, all the toiletries and friendly service on top of being literally steps away from the water. Location was incredible with easy access to good food and services. Again, steps away from the ocean!

Love this place! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent beach access and a few minutes walkaway from town, but you feel beautifully remote. The hotel provides sarongs and beach bags in the rooms - so convenient! The 11am check-in is also a big plus. I loved my stay here.

It is an amazing, relaxing, oceanfront property with excellent snorkeling right from the resort.

Beyond expectations

We absolutely loved the Haad Tien resort. It’s a quaint spot located on a secluded beach away from all the action on Sairee Beach. Food is good, snorkeling is great, and you can’t beat a spot RIGHT on the beach!

Do not stay in villa p3 loud music offsite nearby and obstructed view by trees

This place is a 10/10. The staff is amazing, the villas are fabulous. Some said it wasn’t the best location but in my opinion it’s one of the best on the island. It is about 10 blocks from the beach but it’s in the mountains and it has a view that makes you just happy to wake up in the morning. All around, almost floor to ceiling windows.
