"I would not recommend this hotel despite its beautiful bar. The hotel itself is however clean and modern but there are a few things that made the stay underwhelming. The biggest was that the advertised pool was closed, in mid July while the high temperate routinely touches 40 plus degrees (100F). The explanation was confusing and convoluted. "Lovely ancient historical building. Everything very tasteful. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my coffee machine and the lady and gentleman who came immediately were great. Breakfast was tasty with a wide choice of hot and cold items and I was able to eat it in the courtyard. Room was great with a large balcony overlooking the city walls.
