"Great location on the beach ... amazing rooms with the best linen and bed to sleep in. Friendly staff and great all over. Parking available free on the front of the hotel or in the reserved hotel car park. "

"Such a friendly and accommodating team at Mercure Dunkerque. Spacious family room for a family of 4, comfy beds and convenient parking below the hotel. Amazing location for early morning Shuttle crossing to UK. We’ve stayed here twice when doing this journey and can’t wait to come visit again! "

"The room was beautifully updated, spacious, comfortable, and clean. I slept great and really loved the shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty typical of a french breakfast, nothing amazing but good quality. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Lovely bar with outside area. Very friendly staff. Great bar food. Safe parking for small fee."

"Absolutely amazing hotel. When travelling, I prefer to stay at chain hotels as they tend to be more reliable and safe. Hotel room was huge, toilet/ shower was a very good size and the check in was so easy. The lady spoke both French and English so made it a very easy process. Got breakfast included which was lovely. Short walk to the museum and Christmas market as well as the high streets and Dunkirk harbour. 10/10 recommend"

"Staff very helpful. Great location. Lots of free parking I have stayed twice."

"Great location to break up a journey after arriving in France from Dover. "

"This is a lovely renovated farm building that has a common living room and dining area and two bedrooms. It is immaculate and nicely decorated in a French country theme. Delphine was very welcoming and made us a delicious French breakfast. We would definitely stay again."

"Arrived very late, reception was 24/7 and bar 24/7 which was needed! Short overnight stay with Husky, no problem at all. Can be difficult to find as google maps entry doesn't take you there that's the only negative I have."

"Very nice, the beds were comfortable and the staff have been extremely helpful and accommodating with one celiac and one vegetarian! Lovely area to explore."

"We had a flying visit to this hotel but it was fabulous. It's a beautiful building and the host was very friendly. We had to get up early before breakfast is beautiful served but they made sure the daily bread order arrived early and made us a picnic breakfast to eat in the road, even with warm scrambled eggs! Delicious! And Veurne is beautiful. Well worth a visit. "

"Beach view was amazing! Was a nice walk to the beach as well "

"Easy to get to, staff were very helpful, stay was easy and faultless"

"The staff and the hotel itself were excellent. Breakfast was amazingly delicious, as was the dinner. Walking outside at the lake was very relaxing. A short drive into anywhere you want to go in Dunkirk was very easy "

"Hele fijne overnachting gehad met uitstekend ontbijt. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.😀"

"Cheap and cheerful. Near the port and beaches. Good simple breakfast. Very pleasant staff. Room was modern and clean. Would book again."

"The staff was very helpful when we had a minor challenge with one of the rooms. Room and bathroom was very clean. Location is super! And still quiet even though right across the road from the train station."
