"Having been to Glenridding many many times, this is the first I’ve stayed at Fairlight Guesthouse. It won’t be the last! It was a lovely place to stay; great bedroom, comfy bed, powerful shower, onsite parking, lovely staff and good breakfast. "

"The Farrier Inn is a well run and customer focussed establishment. Dave runs a tight ship but with a very light touch. The staff were all very attentive and keen to please. The room was a decent size with comfortable beds … and the rainforest shower was a great tonic to wash away the day. I will certainly stay there again!"

Looked after our dog with lovely sausages. Great location for hiking and bars/shops/restaurants and very good price. Great atmosphere in the bar area and lovely breakfast. Payable car park not far from accommodation."

"What a beautiful property! The rooms are spacious and lovely with comfy beds, we slept with the window open to hear the babbling brook that runs along next door. The meals were delicious, the staff friendly and helpful and the bar has a nice selection. Highly recommend this lovely hotel in a beautiful spot!"
