"Superb hotel. Wonderful pool"

"Friendly and very helpful staff throughout, which made everything easy. Good breakfast and dinner, a nice canal-side room, and about as convenient as it gets for the station."

"Great value for money, our booking included dinner and breakfast and both were good. Bathroom looked like it had recently been refurbished, bedroom was basic but more than adequate for the price. Staff really friendly. Also great location and parking."

"We arrived very late as at a family event. Attended to promptly at reception and went to room. There is a lift if needed. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Room was a little tired (stained carpet) but otherwise warm and spacious. Spotless bathroom and fluffy towels. Shower excellent. Generous hospitality tray. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice (gf bread and alternative milk when requested) and staff attentive and helpful. Would stay again if in the area."

"Nice comfortable room and very friendly staff. "

"We had a fantastic time , Jenny is a prefect host. We arrived in the afternoon, used they pool and garden, then the next day she allowed us to use the pool again after check out time. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cosy. It was a very hot day/night, she provided a fan and we managed to stay cool. Turns out she comes from my home town, so we had a lot to chat about. We just needed some peace and quiet to relax after a difficult week. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful stay."

"Lovely place with great food and a comfortable bed. "

"Great location for us as we enjoyed the short walk to the High St. for shopping. Tesco was across the street. And Savernake Forest was on our doorstep for hiking. The room was clean and staff were helpful. Just as you would expect for a Premier Inn."
