"Beautiful hotel, steps from everything in Greenport. My room had a lovely view of the harbor where you can watch the Shelter Island ferries come and go all day. The room was beautifully decorated and the shower was amazing. Would have preferred to park in the lot but that was an up charge. Street parking in the off season is doable. Will stay again!"

"The check-in staff were friendly and helpful, finding us a different room when ours wasn’t available. The breakfast was significantly better than a simple continental, offering a variety of items. It is a sprawling complex on the LI sound, with nice views from our room and the dining areas. The restaurant, although a bit pricey, had great service, wonderful views, and excellent quality."

"Newly Renovated and extremely clean, well kept, and inviting rooms. Staff could not be nicer and more accommodating. Location is ideally situated close to lots of shops, Goldbergs for bagels, East Hampton Beaches etc. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in the area."
